Dear Mrs. Toghina,
It has come to my attention that you will no longer
be funding the “Acousmania”
Festival.
As the festival has been both a haven and platform
for some of the finest contemporary music I have heard, I would ask you,
politely but firmly, to reconsider.
If you feel no obligation to continue supporting music produced in a spirit of freedom, progress and all the struggles inherent to them, please at least consider the repressive nature of your withdrawal of support; from my vantagepoint, it is needless at best, malicious at worst.
